Is the digital signage software GDPR compliant?
Yes. Your account and content data are processed and stored on servers in Germany. OOHLEMON is fully GDPR compliant, offers a data processing agreement (DPA) and follows European data protection standards. Ideal for businesses, public authorities and SMEs.
What hardware do I need?
For each display, you need a screen with an HDMI input plus the OOHLEMON player device (a one-off €89). The player device is compact and maintenance-free — just plug and play. We also support selected Hisense smart displays directly.
How long does setup take?
Less than 5 minutes per display. Plug in the player device, add the display in your dashboard with a code, upload content with drag & drop — done. No IT staff, no complex installation, no tech degree needed.
Can I manage several displays and locations?
Yes. Manage as many displays as you like across multiple locations, centrally from one dashboard. Group displays, control content per location and keep an eye on your entire network — whether it's 1 screen or 1,000.
Can I try OOHLEMON without my own display?
Yes. In the app, you can create a demo display that runs right in your browser — no hardware, no installation. It starts straight away with sample content. The demo display stays active for 14 days and is then removed automatically. There's one demo display per account; if you'd like another one, just drop our support team a line.
What does the digital signage software cost?
Displays cost €3.90 per display/month (your first one is free), and the Pro package is an extra flat €12/month for your whole account. The hardware is a one-off €89 per display. New customers get 14 days of Pro free — and the first display stays free for good. Cancel monthly, no minimum term. All prices plus VAT.
