Trial and roles
New accounts start with a 14-day Pro trial. After that, widgets, social media, team features and advanced schedules are locked until you book Pro. Your first display is free; each additional display costs €3.90 per month plus VAT.
Teams have four roles: the owner carries the costs, sees billing and adds new displays. Admins manage members and can edit everything. Editors can edit channels, playlists and schedules. Viewers have read-only access. Use the “Organisation” selector at the bottom of the menu to switch between a team and “Personal”.
No display to hand? Under “Displays”, choose “Try it free in your browser” to create a demo display. It exists only in your browser, runs for 14 days and is available once per account.
