Upload and organise media
Supported formats, size and storage limits per plan, PDF and PowerPoint conversion, and how to tidy up your library.
The media library holds all your account’s files. Whatever you upload here once can be used in as many playlists as you like. PDF and PowerPoint files are automatically converted into individual slides.
Upload files
- 1Open the “Media library” and click “Upload file”. You can select several files at once.
- 2Wait until the progress bar has finished. The file then appears as a tile in the grid.
- 3For images, click the duration badge, for example “8s”, and enter the display time in seconds (1 to 120). The default is 8 seconds.
- 4Check your file in the preview using the eye icon.
- 5For PDF and PowerPoint: open the document under “Documents (PDF, PowerPoint)”. As soon as its status is “Ready”, set “Seconds per slide” and choose “Create as playlist” or “Add to playlist”.
Formats and limits
- Images: JPEG, PNG, WebP.
- Videos: MP4, MOV, M4V, AVI, WMV, MPEG.
- Documents: PDF and PPTX, each up to 50 MB and 100 pages. With PowerPoint, animations, transitions and embedded videos are lost. At most 2 conversions run at the same time.
- Trial: video up to 150 MB and 2 minutes, image up to 25 MB, storage 2 GB plus 2 GB per display.
- Standard: video up to 300 MB and 3 minutes, image up to 25 MB, storage 10 GB plus 5 GB per display.
- Pro: video up to 800 MB and 10 minutes, image up to 50 MB, storage 50 GB plus 10 GB per display.
The storage meter at the top of the media library shows your account’s current values and warns you from 85% usage. When your storage is full, no new uploads are possible.
Tidy up
Click tiles to select them, then click “Delete”. Media still used in playlists are kept at first, and the message names the playlists concerned. “Delete anyway and remove from playlists” removes them everywhere. Deleting cannot be undone.
The media library currently has no folders or tags, so give your files descriptive names before uploading, such as “2026-12-christmas-offer-portrait”. Websites, Google Slides and YouTube or Vimeo videos are added with “Add link”; see “Show a website as a slide”.
