Embed social media feeds

You can show posts from your Instagram and TikTok accounts on your displays. Connecting and syncing accounts is part of Pro. Nothing appears on the screen without your say-so: you decide post by post whether it is shown.

Connect an account and select posts

1. 1Open “Content Hub” and the “Social media” tab.
2. 2Click “Connect Instagram” or “Connect TikTok” and sign in on the platform. You then return automatically.
3. 3Under “Connected accounts”, click “Sync now” to load your posts.
4. 4Under “Posts”, click each post that should play. Selected posts show “Playing on display”. Clicking again removes the selection.
5. 5Under “Schedules”, open your display’s schedule and click “Add slot”.
6. 6Select “Social” as the content type, then the account under “Social media account”, the day of the week and the times. Confirm with “Add”.

What appears on the screen

• Only selected posts play. New posts are not selected after a sync, so review them and select them if you want them shown.
• The format matters too: portrait posts only play on portrait displays, landscape posts only on landscape displays. The badge on each post shows its format.
• An active social slot plays the selected posts of all connected accounts, not just the account named in the slot. If you do not want to show an account, remove the selection there.
• Use the filter row above the posts to narrow the view to one platform.

Disconnect an account

Under “Connected accounts”, disconnect an account with “Disconnect account”. If connecting fails, start again from this tab.
